Generating CSR Concepts for a Major Corporation: Looking for ways to build a more coherent, socially impactful, and visible presence in the corporate social responsibility (CSR) arena, one of the world’s largest corporations engaged GivingWorks to develop potential “Big Ideas.” Building on our balanced assessment of the company’s assets and comparative advantages, the scope of societal needs domestically and internationally, and feasibility especially under challenging and uncertain business conditions, GivingWorks presented several innovative and game-changing CSR concepts that could deliver distinctive benefits to both the company and society at large. The company tested some of our proposed concepts with consumer audiences and other stakeholders and partners.
